Meet the Presenters


Jon Rafferty, Associate Product Manager

Justin Hopkins is a Regional Sales Manager at STERIS Life Sciences. He has been with the company for five years.

As the Regional Sales Manager for STERIS Life Sciences’s Controlled Environment Certification Services (CECS) division, he is responsible for all sales for CECS, which includes certification, environmental monitoring and Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) decontamination.

Justin is heavily involved with other divisions of STERIS Life Sciences and is a leader in collaboration with his colleagues.


Natalie Miranda-Bachman, Environmental Monitoring Program Manager

Natalie Miranda is an Environmental Monitoring Program Manager at STERIS Life Sciences. She has an industry background in microbiology with a focus on environmental monitoring.

Natalie has been with STERIS Life Sciences for over three years. She previously worked in the field as an Environmental Monitoring Technician before transitioning to her current role.

Overseeing the environmental monitoring program for all of STERIS Life Sciences’s controlled environment services territories, Natalie works with Customers to provide guidance and solutions for environmental monitoring and provides technical support to field and laboratory staff.

Natalie holds a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences and is an active Parenteral Drug Association (PDA) member.


Jon Rafferty, Associate Product Manager

Jon Rafferty is an Associate Product Manager at STERIS Life Sciences.

With over five years of supply chain experience, Jon recently transitioned to product management for STERIS Life Sciences. He assists with managing the company's Controlled Environment Certification Services and spare parts divisions.

Jon is an active International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE), Project Management Institute (PMI), and Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM) member. He holds dual bachelor's degrees in finance and supply chain.
